My Girl's Getting Big!

All the babies are getting big, they've moved back in with mum. She is getting big again. It's been about 3 weeks since her last drop! She's got about another week, I'd say.

That is a nice video HotPink. I think your two tone male is a real beauty. The female is probably at least 2 weeks from a drop but she could possibly be closer. If you don't have anything but mollies the tank, the fry could be OK if they stayed full time with the parents.

Thanks! :0) They called them Cheetah Mollies at the LFS. Haha. I'm hopping to get a tri-color batch of fry someday. I saw some at the LFS that look like they had been mixed with a cremesicle and dalmation that were beautiful. I hope I might be able to get the same effect here.

Is it rare to get 3 colors? I've only seen it the one time.

I saw some gorgeous multi-colored mollies at the ALA convention 2 weeks ago. One of the dealers at the convention had brought them in just for the convention. By the second day, his selection had been seriously reduced by enthusiastic buyers. I do not see fish like those in pet shops very often and it seems the rest of the people at the convention don't either.

that male is a beauty! as said mollies tend to be good with fry IME and dont try eat them unlike some other livebearers
