My Future Lighting

I have a 29g (30x12x18) tank that I will be starting a hi-tec setup in. I have a 30inch pc fixture that holds two bulbs. Should I get two 55w, 1 65w and 1 55w, or 2 65w bulbs? What's better 3.8 wpg, 4.15 wpg, or 4.5 wpg? Thanks!!!

Some plants I will probably stock (SE Asia):
-Hygrophila polysperma
-H. difformis
-Rotala rotundifolia
-R. wallichi
-R. macranda
-Limnophila sessiflora
-Riccia fluitans
-Blyxa japonica

You'll have success with any of those lighting combos. Personally I'd go for the 2 x 55w - less cost, less heat, less algae risk if CO2 and fert dosing lapse etc.
