A massive thank you to everyone who offered their advice during the initial setting up stages recorded in "Fluval Edge" :thanks: :fish:

Hello Newbie_87,
Your edge is looking great, i adore your betta(nice close up pic please).

Keith.

Great tank :) And very cool looking George :p

Could I ask what plants are in there? I have been looking at what plants to get for my Edge and like the look of these, and also did you buy them from LFS or online? thanks :D

Sure, seeing as the light isn't that great in the Edge we stuck to plants which were easy to maintain. We have Java fern and an Anubis plants which we have attached to some bogwood which they prefer. Theres also some Marimo moss balls in there and some Java moss (which again has been tied to the bogwood with some nylon thread).

All these were bought from Maidenhead Aquatics, our local LFS. When getting plants always check the tanks they're kept in for snails (if there are LOADS it's not worth buying them) also try to remove as much of the oasis (what the plant is potted with) as possible case of invert eggs etc. Sure they're all readily available on the internet as well

Sounds like a trip to one of their stores is in order, Didn't know they were a network of stores....always handy, good 4 of them within an hours drive :D Thanks a lot.
