Do daily 75% water change Substrate and filter clean, what is the water parameter?

Hi

I do weekly 75% water changes and clean filters, the PH level is 8.0

Nitrate & ammonia levels are both fine also, anything else can I do?

How long has it been like that for?

Is only one eye affected or both?

-----------------
As Barry suggested, do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
Wipe the inside of the glass down with a clean fish sponge.
Clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks.

You can add some salt (2 heaped tablespoons per 20 litres of water). Keep the salt in there for 2 weeks.

If there's no improvement after a few days of salt and water changes, post another picture and we can suggest medications. But hopefully it's just a scratch that should heal in a couple of days.

I had a tetra that looked exactly like that. Plenty of clean fresh water with no other treatment did the trick. Took almost two weeks and suddenly she was fine.

Thanks, I will change the water as suggested

Can we get the exact numbers of your water parameters?
