I don't understand, how can you not know the name of your fish?

easily. young people will say 'i want that one' not knowing anything about it including the name. happens all the time at my work.

when i went to the pet shop i had a chat and we decided what fish would be good for my tank so i got the friendly ones, and then when i got home i really couldnt remember the name :\ thanks for the knowledge though, Red Barbs... mad lil critters they are!
