I have had my glow light tetra for about a month now and within the last four days it has stopped eating. Now it is so skinny that I can see it's ribs sticking out and I am so worried. I normally feed my fish tetramin flakes and freeze dried bloodworms occasionally. He won't even eat the worms now. Please help! :(

Is he the only one? Perhaps he's lonely, they're schooling fish. What size is your tank?

I have a ten gallon tank, with one oto, one neon tetra and one glowlight. I got these fish without doing enough reading about their behaviors (schooling and so on). I was just about to go out and get some more fish, since I was waiting because the reading I have done suggests adding to a tank slowly. But now I don't know what to do, could the glowlight be sick? Could I still add? I don't have the other tank specs at this moment, I woke up and got straight on the comp, its been a week or more since I tested. sorry. Also I did a 25% water change about a week ago.

You should really know the tank parameters before you add anymore fish. If there is any ammonia or nitrite in the tank then definitely do not get anymore fish yet. If the nitrate is high do a water change to bring it down before you add any new fish. Also until you know what is going on with the glowlight i would wait before adding any new fish as the moving is stressful on the new fish and if there is a disease in the tank they are very likely to catch it.
Once all this is sorted away then you can get your fish and fell good that you have done everything in your power to give them a good environment to live in. HTH :)
