The tank...

Can you spot the bristlenose in this pic?

My orange molly is looking very pregnant. How much longer do I have to wait?

Two of the glofish danios with a funky reflection of the top of the water.

those danios look so cool against the blue background and i have to say that the platy in the 6th pic is beautiful love the colorations well done

I really like that background, can you tell us more about it?
is it store brought or home made etc?

I really don't like the multi coloured stone thing in the center,
it draws your eye in, when the fish should be the subject.

all in all great looking tank and great photos, thanks for showing them.

I got the background from Petsmart. It's a very textured blue vinyl; it reminds me of a kitchen vinyl and it took heavy duty outdoor/weatherproof tape on the corners to keep it up. They have a similar green one too.

Just an ovservation, that fern in the center does not look like an aquatic plant. How long have you had it? It is probably starting to wither away...

Your platies are very nice, Variatus I believe, I've been looking for those everywhere up here in the North East, I can't find them anywhere!

^^^ You're right; I google it and it's called a Borneo Fern. I took it out and put it into a pot with some soil... hopefully, it'll get bigger and I'll put it into my garden instead.

Thanks, they are variatus platies at this new local store that opened up near me. I got all my plants at Petco; I think I'll hit the new place instead next time.
