My fish is i like!

I am new to this countries, i have this fish it is a niccee fish....its colours is orange, but this fish it look unwell...heheh It stay on the surface , it doesnt want breathe...How can i tell my fish is dead? =^,^=

Also can you post water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, what size tank, how many fish and which type, and how long has the tank been set up.

Is a fish the man got me, i bounce balls in the fair asia...he get me fish says it angry fish...it like bite others! so i think is goode pet...i call him devil fish! he look scarys...cant put other in with him he eat its eye!! but it not move for a few....i hope it may not dead my wife she likee! hehe
