My Fish Is Dieing :(

i woke up this morning and my fin tail (Tweety)had shoved himself into the castle well his fins didnt fit in so i put him in a seperate bowl and noticed that his taillooked like it had been mawled and i think he has fungus but my mum wont let me buy him any treat ment what can i do i hate seeing him like this

Going to need a bit more info.

Do you know how many gallons his tank is and what other fish are in it?

So he may have been in the castle most of the night, which means he would have been stressed when you got him out.

Where on him is the fungus and does it look wispy or like balls of cotton wool?

When you say bowl is it a goldfish bowl and if so how many gallons does it hold? You might have to change his water out every day to keep it clean and if you can, try and persuade your mum to get some aqurium salt.
