These white-spots are signs of a parasitic infection called "White Spot". You need to quarantine the fish immediatley and treat them with anitparasitic medicine that targets the parasites life cycle phase of free swimming. You have to hurry though, because the other fish in the tank will soon become infected too.

but i have had this before and it did not touch my sucker fish or tetra.
it was either luck or you manages to treat the corys in time. This disease is the "Ich", its fatal if untreated. You should really quarantine the fish and treat them before theyr hurt too much ;)

Thats fine, you dont really need a quarantine tank. I dont think its fungal, because fungal infections on fish appear like a cottony growth and grow in clumps, not spots. You should medicate the water immediatley, as it will cure the corys and prevent the infection of your sucker and tetras :good:
Hope your fishies get better

That is Ich & can be fatal if not caught early. Dose the tank with an anti-ich medication, follow the instructions on the bottle exactly & you should be fine.
