Well I have convinced my mom to let me get a/many worm cultures off of ab !! 
I had a few questions .... As far as micro worms what do I do throw some yeast in there and when it gets large make a new culture and treat it the same ?? I know how to harvest and everything ... How often do they require food ??? Any other info on these would be great
Vinegar "eels" I was thinking of some of these for my 1 week old or less newborn fry ...... How exactley do I take care of these ??? I assume I would have to rense rthem very wel before feeding seeing as how they are in vinager
Red worms- what exactley are these and how do I care fr them ??

I know I get an instruction manual on all of them but I thot I should do some research and be better off safe then sorry
