My First Tank

This is my first tank.
Its approx. 70 litres

All the plants are live and their is an Angelfish and a Red Tailed Black Shark in their.
I picked those fish because of what the LFS said. I think they will become too big though later.

Had it a week. I know i didn't cycle, LFS said 24 hours is enough wait to put fish in.

I really would have cycled the tank no matter what your lfs said i have found a few will say that so you will buy from them quicker.

any way that looks like a great tank and a great stand perhaps you should try some butterfly fish in there.

but i would never cycle a tank with and angel and a shark ....

guess sometimes its best to do things right yourself ...
and not listen to what others say

im just scared that youll get a big algea bloom because your tank isnt cycled and its running with fish

oh three spot gouramies are great i have a male and female in with my community tank they look the part im sure yours will too.

Great looking tank and I love the S shaped stand.

I hope you have a test kit to check the water quality and are ready to do frequent (probably daily) water changes to keep your toxic levels down until you finish cycling, as the other guys mentioned, I wouldnt cycle a tank with those fish either and the fact you have added another and an algae eater is going to add to your bio-load during cycling.

Dont mean to be a downer, but just want to make sure your tank and lovely looking fish are as healthy as possible, same as everyone else does

Yeah, I know I should've cycled. I was going to do all of that.

After all is said and done, More is said than done.

they're only cheap fish, if they go down, i'll call 'em sacrificial.
