before you see the pics yes it is a fish r fun tank but i got it and the stand so cheap (brand new) and the guy throw in the plants, 2 wood and the pots, gravel and jewel heater. i know the filter is pants but i have a decent one on order, here monday so will use the fish r fun filter as an extra. apart from that its a sound tank oh and i have upgraded the lighting.

the tank is a 15 gallon and water stats are spot on. it was cycled using filter media from a 9 month old tank and is cleaned once a week via a gravel vac and sometime mid week just a small water change depending on the poop on the floor the neon gang have been with me for close on a year now and the guppies almost 9 months. I also have a 20 gallon downstairs and will soon have a betta in a planted 5 gallon in my office. all of those pics will follow in the coming weeks.

any ways i would love to here comments and critisism as I can only learn from my mistakes and buy the looks of the tanks and fish on here you guys know what your talking about.

Sorry the pics are bad i am not a good photographer.

thanks

I like it, i like it nice use of the flower pots and i like the idea o fputting tetras in there

i have 3 guppies and 7 neons and a bristlenose but he will be moving out when he grows a bit more.

thanks, its amazing how natural the pots look. the neons all sleep in the bigger pot and one of the guppies sleeps in the smaller pot.

heres a pic of the wood. its two bits one rests on the other. its quite interesting as the two bits make a archway but the way the bigger bit rests on the gravel has caused two cave to be made and the plec loves them

Nice tank, I don't think your photography skills are bad at all! And great choice for your gravel, I have the same thing in my 10G! :) And nice piece of bogwood BTW. Is that vallis plastic? Because it seems to be doing really well! Such a healthy & vibrant colour...

thanks

i have had some wierd coloured gravel in my time from neon green  , black and multi coloured but this is my favourite. have it in both my tanks and will be in the betta tank too.

all the plants are real, this is my first go at real plants and in my coldwater tank and all the plants, so far, are coming along nicely, fingers crossed for the future though.
