My First Loss :(

I've just found the cory that I couldn't see yesterday in the tank, it had nevr acted right since i got it a few weeks back, i thought it was just lazy or something, i'd seen it eat, etc.......however its been under a week since they moved to the main tank, and now I've just found the poor thing dead in the pleco cave

it hasn't affected my water stats yet, how much water should I change?

I would do a 20% water change with finding him dead in the tank.
Corys are more prone to bacterial infection being lisltess and lethagic, paler or darker in colour can be signs of a baceterial infection.

thanks, I got carried away and did 50% as there was a lot of pleco poop....lol, he never looked different in colour just much less active poor thing, I'll run a few days precautionary dose of anti bacterial meds just to make sure
