My First Ever Fishless Cycle

In the 7+ years I've been setting up tanks I've never done a fishless cycle, because the 1st tank I ever got, I knew nothing about fishless cycles and the subsequent tanks I used mature media or just used hardy fish not knowing about the fishless cycle until last year, this little 8 gallon corner tank on m kitchen worktop is the first tank I've had the opportunity to do a fishless with.

So I don't have any pure ammonia or know where to get any, what can I do instead?

It's going to be a lightly planted tank with bogwood, 9 mixed galaxy rasboras and 2 pitbull plecs for now. If the galaxy rasbos breed I'll put the fry in a grow out tank and see how I get on with them.
