My eel has ick, what can i do?

My eel has ick, im not sure if there is any anti-ick for eels. It says on the back of my anti-ick for fish that it can harm eels, so im not sure what to do. Can anybody help?

the jist of it is to use straight Formalin in a bare-bottomed tank to treat an eel with ich.
