my dwarf gourami died

my first ever tropical fish jnr my dwarf gourami died today he died at a ripe old age at 6yrs old when I was just 6 when I got him I will miss him and iam going to cremate him and keep the ashes bye bye I'll miss you

now he's dead I don't really feel like fishkeeping now because the one reason I was fishkeeping was to see the little smile when you looked into his tank when Iam just about to feed him I will miss him

How would you cremate a fish? Would you just dip it into a fire or hold a light under it? And sorry to hear of your loss.

Iam probably gonna make a fire underneath my barbacue and then put him in and collect the ashes afterwards

sad to hear that... 6 years is a long way for a dwarf gourami! I'm sure he'll be missing you too...!!

The oldest fish I have right now are 4 pepperred cories given to me by a dear friend i actually met thanks to these forums They're probably 3 years old now, I've had them for a bit more than 6 months
