My Danio's Top Fin Has Some White Stuff On It

Help please my gold danio got stuck in my filter he is on his last day of a 7day treatment with Melafix now i can see some white stuff on the end of her top fin is it the dorsal? her tail that was damaged looks fine none of this stuff at all. the other fish are fine as well.

Im goign away on monday for 3 weeks, and my bf will be looking after them. Im goign to do a 25% water change tomorrow then on sunday im goign to clean glass, filter and do another 30% water change as my bf will only feed them.

it looks like a small fuffy covering to the very end top part only a 1/2 mm at the most, she is long fin vareiety of zebra danio.

Any advice please

without a pictue (trust me I know how hard that is going to be to get)
it is hard to say, it could be scar tissue and nothing to worry about but it
could be a fungal infection.
