My Convicts Spawned

my convicts spawned yesterday and i am really excited! but they look like little wiggling balls with a little string thing connected. is this what they r supposed to look like?

Are they moving? If so, the spawned a while ago. Like, 4-5 days ago, and you just noticed it! Mine are at that stage They should be free swimming tommorow night.
