My Built In Lights ...question

Hi,
i have a Via-Aqua tank.I have noticed that the built in lights cover is very wet,due to busting bubbles and condensation.Is this normal,are the lights safe.
I have never had any tank before,so just checking as abit worried.I dont have a manual to check.

I'm not familiar with that tank but I guess if they designed it like that it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Some tanks have a maximum water level marked on them - have you noticed one on yours? And do you have the water level very high?

I get condensation and water splashes on some of my light covers (different makes of tank) but it usually dries out fairly quickly because of the heat from the lights - then it drives me mad trying to get it off
