My Boys! And One Female

Here are some pics of my betta boys! My science project had been to prove that bettas should be in bigger bowls, like at least 5 gallons. Here are my four bettas that I used. Now finally the project has been over and I am able to move them into bigger and better homes, or just make one of them much nicer. And I earned an A+ for the project.

Hagrid's fish tank has been changed alot. His is a 1 and a half gallon tank. His now has a plant, and decor. Dean has been changed to a bigger tank now. Neville is now in a 2 gallon bowl, instead of a 1 gallon which he was in before. And James is now in my 29 gallon tank. They are much happier.

Wait...

If your project was to prove that bettas should be in bigger tanks "like at least 5 gallons" then why are they in 1-2 gallon bowls?

I was on a budget, and my Nana had told me she would buy the tanks. But when we got to the pet store she refused to get anything higher than the 2 gallon bowl. I tried and tried to tell her that the whole point in the project was I needed at least one to be in something higher to prove a point. She said these were cheapest and they were fine. So finally instead of arguing with her, I just gave in. I was able to prove that really none of the bowls I had were good for them, and that with all the bowls I had the best was the biggest. Now I have all the bettas in better tanks.

Can you describe more about your project? I'd love to know what your "proof" was that they need bigger bowls. Good job on the project, too for that grade.
