Maybe your fish are too young to breed if they are small? I assume youhave both male and females? Could be a number of reasons why you have no fry - gravid females can delay birth if conditions aren't ideal. The other thing that can happen is that the fry are all getting eaten before you spot any. Make sure you have dense cover for fry to hide.

The females can be very fussy - try bumping the temp up to 83 degrees and putting any females that look heavily pregnant into a breeding trap with some sprigs of java moss, and she will drop within 1 day.

Thank you very much Gilli , There are males and females in the aquarium . in mature stage , the ideal size to mate , some females make circular movements in the water ( i think it's the mating dance )
the temp is about 27 c .
i can't find any researches in internet about Gambusia rearing in aquariums ..
