my bettas

yea.. i heard that ick cant produce when fish arent present so i put my breedin pair into seperate bowls... and medicated the tank so hopefully the ick will die... and hopefully the bettas will be ok soon and be able to go back into the tank..

i heard raising temp is good for clearing ick.. i bought medicine too... anything else i can do ?

Did the fish show signs of ich? If so, why did you take them out of the tank? Raising temp is a good thing because it speeds up the life cycle of the disease. Meds only work when Ich is in the free swimming stage. Whether or not it needs a "host" to get to this stage, I do not know.
