This is the betta I got from walmart about a week ago:

He likes looking at the camera so I had to back away so he would stop looking at it and go to his side

thx I tried to get him flaring but everytime I tried to get closer he would notice me and swim toward the front and not go away. Like I said, he seems to like the camera...or he just wants some attention.

The first time I got him in his tank I left him in there for a while. I came back later and couldn't find him anywhere...well I moved the plant and swam from it. I still have no idea where he was but I'm guessing he was camoflaging (sp?) with that plant
