My Betta Makes Me Bubble Nests...

My betta is in a nice tank on my desk at work, and he interacts with me all day during the week, but it alone on the weekend. When I come back in on Monday he gets really happy and active, starts flaring, and builds me a nice bubble nest. He's happy to see me, and saying hi!

cool i love when they build bubble nests. i have a one eyed betta that usually never builds them but he just started his first one so i cant wait to see how it turns out

Mine only made one once when his filter wasn't working in his old BiOrb

Mine makes me nests all over the place and then sulks when i do a water change and mess them up lol

He's actually made me a bubble nest every day this week....yesterday I added 2 assasin snails to his tank and he got mad and tore the nest up . He got over it I guess because he made me another one today.

My crowntail doesnt build bubble nests because of the filter, but when I get home from work and look in, he comes right up to the glass dancing and waggin like a puppy dog! My Bettas upstairs...thats another story. They will cover the entire top of the water with bubbles. You cannot look into the tank from the top lol
