My Betta Is Sick! Better Pic...please Help!

My Betta, Orion seems to have a red swollen area around his nose and mouth. The scales look dull and puffy. It looks like it could be spreading! Does anyone have any idea what it could be? I looked up all I could find and the three closest matches are a bacterial infection, a fluke or fungus. Please help! I'm very worried about him!
