My Betta Has A Iccle White/yellow Sack Under His Belly :(

Hi I have just noticed that my Betta Rufus has the above. His water condition is good, but he does have a few whitespots, which I am currently working on.

I cant get a pic as he has his long fin over it

Very sorry that I can not help I havent had to deal with illnesses of this sort, it may be worth posting in the fish emergencies/illnesses for diagnosis. Im sure someone will help soon .
