My Balloon Molly Has A Partial White "shell" Over One Eye&#3

Just noticed today--not cloudy and not touching the eye--only "cupping it". I think she can see, too. Perhaps it will dry out and fall off? Anyone familiar with this? All I found info about was eye flukes, cloudy eye and cataracts--none fits exactly. Any ideas? Thanks. -wendy

Hi, I had a black tetra about 6 months ago, which began to grow a piece of skin over one eye, then over a few days ballooned up. I'm not sure if the symptons are the same, but thought i'd tell it anyways.

Flukes look like white specs on the eye.
Look under cataracts.
