Ramesses....King of Egyptian pharoahs.
These are a few pictures of my angels..........

The first one is of my alpha male Chitos. He thinks he's the boss, but the young kois think otherwise.

Ooooooh preeeeeeettttttyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!

Never thought about an all Angel tank before!......... :shifty: Have much fighting or breeding that goes on?

Well........there were some fighting going on before the baby kois arrived between the two veils. Now everything is really peaceful.
The reality is that only three or four will remain in the tank,it all depends if any pair up.

Ramesses, how big is your tank? I have one large angel and everytime I try to add any they wind up dead

FanOFish....the tank isnt that large,it's only 55 US gallons.And....Are you ready for this?15 angels. They are all healthy and growing. It all started with the two veils you see on the first and second pics.Because of all the fighting I wanted to add new angels so at least they wouldn't kill each other.I went to my LFS and didn't like any,so I went on line and bought me a "few" angels.I was suppost to only get 8,but the person sent -----get this------Not eight but 13 just in case any of the babies die.
They were very beautiful,so I decided not to get rid of them, but to wait untill they grew up to see if I any would pair up.
I had problems with space so,I got rid of most of my plants and make sure I did clean the tank once a week.To this day they seem to be doing OK.In a few days though, seven would be going to my cousin new tank. That would leave me with the two veils and four other kois.

OK,I will post this picture of the tank, keep in mind, that I had to remove many of the old plants to make space for the young kois. Also this picture was taken 'bout a month ago,I have already started to do some planting ,so it doesn't look as bared now.....

I will second the FOTM#2 pic.

That's a great tank, ramesses. I see you have an aponogeton ulvaceus on the left side. How long have you had that plant? My ulvaceus has taken over the left side of my 55 gallon with its nearly three-feet long leaves!!

Thanks for sharing these pictures with us.

Bangin well,I have not one but three.I had them for about two months, the LFS owner gave them to me for he thought their bulbs were rotten.I brought them back to health and there they are.I must say though,my group of "aquatic cows" eat every single leaf that comes out,no matter if I feed them spirulina or not.
