My angel has velvet

Velvet, how is the fish doing, the white spots where are they, whitespots clear on there own with good water quality.

The fish is appearing to be doing a little better this morning. The white spots are starting to go away a little. I will be doing a 25% water change today and starting another round of meds as it is not completely gone. I have increased the temp to 82 (working on getting it higher, but it is a big tank with only one heater). I have not added salt because of the oto's. None of the other fish seem to be affected, but the colours of the boesmani don't really help all that much, it is possible they have it and I just can't see it.

It's a parasite so it will effect the whole tank, the on'es that are really bad and can tolerate salt i would do a salt bath on them, good luck.

The angel is the most affected. I am afraid to try to catch him to do a salt bath because he is bigger than my biggest net. He would fit into the net, but I might damage his fins or his body when moving him. I know this because I have tried to net him before. All the fish including the angel are eating. The angel is the only fish that is lethargic and twitchy. I am treating the entire tank to prevent the other fish from getting sick.
