I’m new here so I decided to post some pictures of my tank.

The water is a little cloudy because I just moved a few plants and cleaned out the filter……I’ll post some better pictures in a few days.

Well, here it goes
2 marble angels
2 gold angels
8 rummy nose
3 bleeding heart tetras
3 gold barbs
2 discus
6 rasboras
2 kari tetras
3 black phantom tetras
6 ? tetras (they are mostly red and the same size as the phantoms)

I think that's it. It's full lol

I have a GLO T5 light with a 54 watt bulb and I have a temporary light from my old 29 sitting on the lid (until I get another GLO light) that is 36 watts

I'm terrible with plant names, but I know that I have 3 red sword plants, 6 dwarf red lily's, and the ones in the back are crazy.....I have trimmed them, moved them, thrown a bunch away....basically they grow like weeds. Here is a picture from a few months ago that really shows the plants I'm talking about.

I'm not going to be doing much to it for a while.......mostly because I'm going to be living an hour away for school......but I want to try to get a carpet effect with java moss or something similar. That's really the only thing I have planned.
Well that and getting a bigger tank lol

I have two CO2 dispensers and I add two cupfuls of Flourish Excel every day.

wow, I just realized how much my red swords have grown over the past few months lol

Just took some pictures and few actually turned out!!!!

Nice tank.
Word of warning. That air stone is driving away the CO2.

Well I have made some changes. While looking at my tank the other day I thought that It use to be alot brighter. I had already planned to do a watter change but once I noticed that the watter was green I ended up doing a 80% change. Now it's bright as hell. I changed my light from 12 to 8 hours a day to hopefully combat the problem. I'm not sure if that is the main component but it's the easiest thing to try first. Anyways, here is a little video I took today.

I believe I've seen that tank in person! :)

You need to get some Congo Tetra's. I want to go to Lansing and get some of those Albino Congo Tetras!
