My 75 Gal Fishtank Is Cloudy

Hello everyone, I've had my tank for a few months now (just stepped it up from a 29 Gal.) and it seemed to be doing well until recently, ive added a few more community fish, and it seems to be cloudy too often. I went and bought "Top Fin Water Clarifier" and that doesnt seem to be working either. Ive changed out the water 1/2, cleaned out the filter. What else should i try?

Its probably a bacteria bloom if the cloudiness is white. I've never had it so I don't know how to get rid Im afraid

They also make "Water scrubbers" or some other brand name filters you can drop into a power filter.
