There is a large hairy crab on my live rock it is very hairy, I have heard these are not to good to have What would anyone suggest I do?

Gorilla Crab maybe

I tried to look but it ran into a hole. it looks like it has more hair than the one in that pic.

The Anemone you have on your Live Rock may be either an Aiptasia or Majano (Both are pests)

I would bet a $ it is a Glass Nem (Aiptasia), get the Jes Juice ready to do some exterminating

if the hairs are thick and the the crab is mottled fawny brown it's most prob a gorrilla can attack small fish if it gets them cornered, if like mine it could be a teddy bear crab which are mostly scavangers

And thanks I will wait for it to come out and try to see what it is, if a gorilla I have no fish yet so might leave it in there for a lil while.

Joes Juice - Aiptasia Terminator

You can also use Vinigar, Chilli Sauce, Lemon Juice (sure there is other household products you can use)

Or you can milliput (reef cement) over them

Skimmer - 24/7 """""""""""""""""""""""""""""""

Lighting
My Actinics are on from 1pm to 10pm
My main Halides are on from 2.30pm to 11.30pm
