Didn't think I'd get it right.. Sorry folks. :/

Go to Photobucket webby
You can host your pics there then post the link here

Hi piper, thank you for your help. I have managed to put some pic's in that photobucket webby you mentioned. This might sound daft - but how do I get them onto this forum. I have never done a link before.

?

It looks very nice, I like it!

But maybe a few taller plants?

Nice tank needs a couple of plants. I like the fish. Im in love with your platinum angelfish! How much did you spend on hime must have taken a big chunk out of your pockets.

If you add a nice carpeting plant and let it carpet your entire substrate, your background would definately look like it's part of the tank.

Good Job

Thank you for the kind words everyone. My Platinum Angel cost £3.99 (He was returned by somebody at my LFS as he was too big for their tank & they just wanted to move him on) :hey:

Hey that sounds good. Not heard of these - Tell me more ?

nice tank. with regard to carpeting plants here are a few pictures to illustrate. depending on your lighting level you may need to add extra tubes for something like this to work out in your tank. if you just have the lights that came with the tank it wont work.

Riccia Carpet

Java Moss Carpet (this is the easiest of the options as it's a slow growing low light plant)

Thanks Jimbooo & co. Love the Java look! :)

My cabinet & tank was built together by The Classic Cabinet Company (in Hull) I bought a Ehiem 2128 External Ehiem filter seperate, along with Arcadia I-Bar T5 lighting. I have one Marine white & one Freshwater tube.

This is my first ever tank & has been running since May 2005.

Also would like to mention that this website has been such a great joy to visit, friendly helpful advice all the time
