There is a lot egeria densa in there that doesn't show in the pics.
I am planning to get more plants soon. I am waiting on tax money to get here. (any day now)
I am also getting a bigger tank! :hyper:

I am going to see about getting a better pic. I had to trim the water sprite today.

I can't decide what plants to get. I want them all! I am trying very hard to decide. Every time I think I know what I am getting I end up changing my mind. I have got to make up my mind for sure soon. Suggestions are very welcome... along with where to plant them...

Thanks :good:

I was going to accuse you of MTS, but I just saw your signature and realised it is too late for that. How big is the new tank going to be and how do you intend on running it?

Plantwise, I am a big fan of small leafed stems in smaller tanks to give a better sense of scale. Rotala sp. and Ludwigia arcuata make nice background plants.

Dave.

The tank looks very good, though I am glad more plants are on the way. It looks empty to me.

Do you turn the tank light off when you take pics? If you are using a digital camera, try turning on the tank lights, turn off the room lights and wait until nightime, and remove the flash function from the camera. You'll get better pictures.

i agree with llj, aside from aquarium i'm also keen on photography as a hobby :p :p :), you could switch off your flash function rest it on a chair or such so that the camera is pretty much leveled to the tank. This way you will remove any shake and fuzziness. Even better is to set it on timer that way you will elimnate any shake. and perhap shoot the tank from a full front view (like a landscape) this will give a much better view of the tank. Often taking from a higher position will distort the plants, when lights hit water it does funny things.
