These are not the best pics in the world, and a lot of the plants are small. They will have to grow some before I can tell what it will look like. I removes a large piece of wood and 1 of the caves. I think it was just too much. There are still several caves and different levels. I think it will look much calmer and neater. What do yall think? Can you see any more changes that I need to make as far as the hardscape? I know I need more plants, and the ones that I have need to grow. You can't see some of them in the pictures, because they are too small. I will get better pics posted soon.
Tell me what you think...

Thanks. :good:
I have egeria densa planted in the back for now. I do plan to replace it with probably rotala. I also want to replace the water sprite with maybe some vals. I am also trying to decide which carpet plant. It was between the micro sword and e. tennnellus. I love the grassy look. I am just waiting on the tax money to get here so I can do some shopping. I am also getting a bigger tank too. Then I can really play. There are so many plants that I want it is hard to decide what to actually get. I am trying to do my research and pick things that will like my tanks conditions, but some I will just have to try anyway. I like them too much not to at least try.

Thanks. :good:

Looking good so far, well done.

I agree, you need more plants. You could perhaps move the Nymphea slightly more towards the front, it makes a good specimin plant and will lose all its effect if placed at the back. I think E. tennelus would be a good addition.

Cheers,
Mike

Where would you put it? There are 4 of them. 2 green and 2 red. Would you move all of them or just 1 or 2?
Thanks :good:

Ok. I moved one just behind the coconut cave on the right, and moved one to the front by the apongeton in front of the wood. The other 2 I just moved foreward a bit, and put some egeria behind it. Most of the egeria is small right now and hard to see in a pic. It has to grow some. The two bulbs I moved ... the one by the cave is just sprouting, and the other one needs to sprout. I hope they will start growing soon. I will get pics soon.

I also got some of my fish moved around too. Now they aren't so cramped. I know that they are much happier now.

Any other coments or advice? Anyone?

Thanks :good:

Yes. 3 of them are fine and growing like crazy.
I have to get pics today so I will try to get one of them. It is hard though. They hide very well and are extremely fast.
I will post some pics in a little bit. :snap:
I have to write to my son and then get the pics off the camera.
Be back soon :good:

Lots of pics to come. I will have to do several replies to get them all up...

They corys didn't cooperate. I knew they wouldn't. I will post what I was able to get, but they aren't very good. I will try to get better ones later.
Here are the fry pics...

As you can see they kind of blend into the substrate. That makes getting pics even harder. They are still kind of small too, so they are really hard to get.

Now on to the other stuff...

That is it for now for pics. I will get a few more in a few days.
The larger lilys are actually a little more to the middle of the tank than they look in the pics.

What do you think?

I think it's coming along good, you need 4x the amount of plants you have got now though!Algae will come
