my 1 1/2cm guppie

hi ive got 28 guppies fry in a 5 gal and have had them in there for about a month,and in there is a 1 and a half cm guppie which i saved about 2 months ago and i just had a real close look at them all and i saw that the gravid spot on my 1 and a half cm one is really dark she cant be pregnant can she, it is about the quarter of the size as a full grown guppy will some one post back.

As strange as it sounds the "gravid spot" could be natural coloring; i have a male guppy who has a black spot on each side of his belly which rather resembles a gravid spot, so its a posibility hers could be "fake".
On the other hand though if your guppys are a 1cm and a half it sounds like you should be able to rehome them and moment soon; in the posibility that they are breeding already this makes it even more important to split the genders up at least as breeding at such a young age will result in a poor litter of fry and probably death for the mum during the birth process...
