I have a breeding pair of mozambican mouth brooder and they have had fry for about 4-5 weeks now. They are hatched and will soon become free swimming. As soon as this happens they will get eaten, which I don't want. I have a breeding net for the fry to separate them once they have been caught. I am not expecting to save them all but if they are spat out when I am out they will all die. How can I get them out first? As in how can I catch them without them dying or getting eaten?

That looks great, but to be honest I would be frightened like mad incase I hurt my fish!

Any other suggestions?
