Well the good news is that i have a new job thats goign to pay me a lot more money, :D the bad news is that is now have to move from West Wales to South England!!

So I'm wondering what to do with my fish i currently have a 5 Gallon full of baby endlers
and a 15 gallon with
10 neon tetras
5 pygmy cories
4 amber tetras
1 endler
2 female bettas (bred by KG bettas)
4 shrimp
1 bristle nose

I do have lots of like minded friends who can take my fish but there are some fish in my collection i'm loath to get rid of as they are rare and hard to get (amber tetras, pygmy cories and 2 female bettas)
Do you think it would be okay to bag up these fish and put them in polysterene box for probably aboout 5-6 hours?

And will the filter media be okay in a bag of water? or will my tank cycle again?

The fish will be fine. If you got a big bag and some sort of net bag, you could put the filter media in with the fish you're taking with you. There's no reason why you can't take all of them with you- it's not difficult to move fish.

Thanks for confirming that ohfeeshy. ithought they'd be allright but just wanted confirmation.
I did think of taking them all but since my friends have offered to take some of my fish i figured i'd rehome the more common ones and just keep the rare ones and add more rare ones in the future. With earning more money i'll be able to afford them!! :hey:
