Moving The Pair

Recently I got killifish for breeding and I got 2 females for my one male, well when they came in the mail the lady had surprised me with another pair and I housed that pair in my 10 gallon until I could get another 5.5 gallon breeding tank. Well i got the tank today and I'm going to move the pair into it probably tomorrow. I'm thinking, so I dont have to get them acclimitised to water again I'd just fill up the 5.5 gallon tank with water from the 10 gallon and then just fill the 10 gallon up with freshwater since thats about the size water changes I do in the 10 gallon anyways. Does this sound good to everyone?

should be fine better than acclimatising as they will probably jusdt get more stressed from that

Yea thats what I was thinking, i'm trying to be extra careful because these fish are important since I only have 2 pairs left since one of the females had a death wish and jumped out of the only crack I had in my hood and then I put her back in and she just went downhill. So I'll probably do that today. Thanks
