I have 7 Rummynose tetra in with my kribensis the kribensis have started to act aggressive towards the rummies and i was wondering if i should move the rummies to my 110 litre. I know the 110 litre would be overstocked but surely it is better for the rummies From Tom

The 110 litre has

2 Apistogramma Cacatuoides
4 Honey Gourami
6 Neon Tetra
11 Panda Corys

Part of the problem is that the 70l is too small for the kribs, but I think you've already been told that.

Are the kribs catching the Rummynose, or just chasing them?

Yep already been told that but my fish shop breed there kribs in 23 litre tanks and they are just chasing them. Also last monday the male kribensis attacked my hand from Tom

Fish stores keep fish in small tanks for one reason, Because they know they'll get rid of them soon. You buy a fish for life, Fish stores buy them to sell them quickly.

Not trying to be mean but there are very few instances where I would go by the store standards when I set up and stock a tank.
