Hello,

Is there anything i should do when moving established plants? so that they won't die or anything in the new tank?

thanks

Not really. Lots of folks accuse moving the plants to cause stress and therefore kill the plant. In fact, this only occurs if the new environment is worse than the original (not enough nutrients, CO2, flow).
For instance, cypts tend to "melt" when moved but this generally happens when CO2 is poor.
Before planting the established plants, give the roots a quick trim with sharp scissors. This encourages new growth.
