Moving Plants

i have a 10g planted and i've moved them about 3-4 times in a month and i was wondering if i do it 1 more time will they die?

I'd be tempted to leave them a bit before you move them again, most plants will cope with being moved, but it is stressful for them. Some might pull through but there probably isn't a way of guaranteeing they will.
