Moving Plants To New Tank

Ok so im getting rid o my 55 gallon tank, and it has all my plants in it, so im wondering if i were to get most of the tannins out of my 75 gallon could i just move most of it over? Its just java ferns and java moss. Theres a few swords and grasses but their not even doing well in the 55 gallon, all i have is liquid ferts.

The inhabitants im worried about are my geos, BGK and bichirs haha so basically all of them.

Just move them over as far as I know. (Not all that helpful, sorry!) Why not pick up some root tabs for the swords?

Ive never seen them at any of the stores i goto, or maybe i just dont look...
