Moving Nero To The 70litre

Im going to move Nero tomorrow from his 35litre into the 70litre, and Im just wondering on ideas for compatible bottom dwellers

NO SNAILS, he knocks them off the glass and attacks them lol

Was thinking of getting a rubberlip pleco, and then TONNES of plants lol

What d'ya think?

It was my sorority tank, but due to my females just not getting on, I sold them all on and its been home to my Gecko for a good month or so

He's got his vivarium arriving monday, so I am putting Nero in the 70litre, he will love the extra space

Just thinking what other bottom dwellers could go in with him

Hes very funny with other fish, normally he plays dead if he sees other fish lol

He doesnt like shrimp, he cowers in the corner lol

Corydora's he hates too, he chases them like theres no tomorrow, he has some issues me thinks lol

I was going to spawn him, but his last reaction to a female was to play dead at the bottom of his tank, so its his own fault he canny have fun with the ladies lol

Sounds good. The way you've described that sounds like a perfect tank. I love natural looking tanks with real plants.

i couldn't help but laugh at your snail comment.
storm hates his mystery snail he attacks it and flairs at it. the snail is fairly unimpressed by storm. thankfully all storm does to the snail is brush past him forcing the snail to hid in his shell for a half a seocnd. bettas are funny. all the others could care less about there snails lol.
