Moving House

Hi
Im going to move house and wondered how to go about transporting my fish and tank etc. I dont want to start from scratch as i have a well established tank and water.

Does anyone know an easy way?

The only way I can think of is to bag everything in seperate bags, eg filter media in one bag with water and fish in other bags.
