I need to reposition my crypt. I have read they do not like to be moved, and I can expect it to "melt".
Honestly not 100% sure what that means.

The crypt has 2 runners off the mother.

Any tips on how I can effectively move all 3 to a new position?

If you're just moving it in the same tank, it probably won't melt.

Pull it up by getting your fingers underneath and lifting it; don't pull it by the leaves. Trim the roots back by about a third (that'll encourage it to root in the new spot and make it easier to replant) and then put it in it's new spot. You can leave the runners attached (best if they're very small) or cut the runner and plant them separately.
