This has been growing over the past 2 weeks. I have used medication as suggested by local store - Ulcer and Finrot Treatment as they thought it was mouthrot.
It hasn't made any difference, though. Note - there appears to be a couple of red growths inside the white/grey material.
Water is fine - Ammonia:0, Nitrite:0, Nitrate

Doing 25% water change every 3-4 days. Carbon filters removed for treatment.
pH:7. Temp 25 C
Any suggestions? The fish appears to behaving as normal. Feeding fine, too. Tank is 70L, 6 Rasbora, 4 Zebra danio, 8 Neon plus 4 Amano shrimp and 2 Nerite smails.
