I love this programme but is it for real or set up, seems real but the guy that get taken over by the spirits then talks funny, goes for yvette and then has to be dragged out seems abit ott

I'd say it's completely fake but others may disagree. I ususally have it on in the background while I'm ion the PC but that's because I can't be bothered to turn it over. Must admit, it does have great comedy value when he gets taken over by a spirit! Normally end up having to turn it over when Yvette starts screaming, can't stand it!!!

just watch clips on youtube u will laugh, i thought it was real but now iv got a standard of common sense.

Its been proven to be a fake i believe, although a lot of people believe that some bits are fake and others are real. I watched the first season or so of most haunted and just stopped watching it after that after i figured that pretty much anything that they got on tape of any significance was most likely faked.

They showed it to be fake by looking at what was said.

The guy claims to be possessed by spirits which died 50+ years ago, yet refers to things by their current names which are 30 years or less old.

Funny how all the supposed spirits that take over Mr Acorah have scouse accents....
Possibly the worst programme on telly, openly manipulating the viewing public, not to mention the fact it furthers Acorahs career allowing him to exploit other peoples insecurities/naivities via their wallet....

i was going to say the same thing makes me laugh. You guys take it way to serious. I have watched all the series and they all make me laugh. there are a few times when i have been so engaged that i thought i saw a ghost (hehe! dont laugh at me) and then derek acorah will have a possession and i laugh for ages. The live ones make me laugh, when people e-mail in like "my dog keeps barking" or "my leg has pins and needles". Its just everyday things but when your watching it you assume it must be connected. And the live webcams on in each room are funny, "i saw a figure walk past" then they never check or show it. O well i still watch it even tho its prolly fake, same as i still watch Jerry Springer. JERRY!JERRY!JERRY!
