not sure what type of moss this is.

a little further out view. It's pretty thick and it looks kind of needly but not in a prickly way. Anyone have any clues?

Thanks for the quick replies. Never actually dealt with java moss I always thought it was thinner and stringier. But definately good to know that it's java it'll work well in my little 10 gallon breeding tank.
